    Sample Successes:

    Supportsys.com
When we began work on supportsys.com, their traffic was at approximately 10 visitors per day. 25% of visitors went beyond the first page, and they made on average 1 sale per month (.3% of visitors purchased).
After redesigning the site, 50% of visitors went beyond the first page, and over 2% of visitors purchased. One year later, due to our marketing efforts, Traffic increased to over 500 visitors per day, bringing in over 300 sales per month.

    South Central Communications Corporation
When we began work at South Central, their 50 PC/4 server network was a mess. They had multiple network addressing schemes being used with no apparent explanation, their servers were not protected by Antivirus software (it had been installed, but was not functional), and many of the PC’s had no virus protection either.
We implemented a standard corporation wide network-addressing scheme for the network, and organized the servers in a logical hierarchy. We installed Norton Antivirus Corporate on all servers and PC’s, and administered it from a central server. We have also setup a centralized backup system, so that all of the servers would backup to a central location using Veritas Server, and Remote Agents.  We have expanded their private network by adding another off-site location/subnet utilizing a virtual private network.  We have also catalogued all of their computer equipment, and implemented a plan for systematically replacing their computer systems as they age on a 5 year schedule, to avoid having to make a large unexpected capital expenditure.
Recently, we have setup remote access capabilities to accounting and traffic systems through windows 2000 Terminal Services. Our current projects and future plans include replacing their wide area network with a VPN and Citrix Metaframe, creating a central repository for software and licensing, Installing Linux based proxy servers in each market, and consolidating their Client operating systems to active directory capable clients (Win2k or XP Pro) to increase security, and allow for optimal use of services such as Roaming  Profiles and Software Update Services.
